The 100W Wideband GaN Drone Jamming Module is a high-power RF amplification solution designed for counter-drone and anti-UAV systems. Operating across 2500MHz to 4000MHz, this module effectively covers common drone control, telemetry, and data-link frequency bands.
Built with GaN on SiC technology and a Class AB architecture, the module delivers stable high-power output, wide instantaneous bandwidth, and excellent reliability, making it ideal for fixed, mobile, and portable drone countermeasure platforms.

This RF jamming module is engineered to serve as a core power amplification unit in drone jammer and counter-UAV systems. It can be paired with noise sources, signal generators, or digital jamming systems to disrupt drone command and control links, downlink communications, and data transmission channels.
The GaN power device is mounted on a copper sub-carrier, combined with patented thermal technology to ensure efficient heat dissipation during prolonged jamming operations. This enables stable performance even in high-duty-cycle or continuous transmission scenarios commonly required in anti-drone missions.
