The 100W GaN Drone Jamming Module (4–6GHz) is a high-power RF amplification unit engineered for counter-drone and anti-UAV electronic countermeasure systems. Covering the 4000MHz to 6000MHz frequency range, the module is optimized to disrupt modern drone high-frequency control links, telemetry channels, and data transmission bands.
Designed with GaN on SiC technology and a robust Class AB architecture, this module provides wide instantaneous bandwidth, stable output power, and long-term operational reliability in demanding security and defense environments.

This module serves as a core power amplification stage in drone jammers and counter-UAV electronic warfare systems. When combined with broadband noise sources or signal generators, it enables effective suppression of UAV command channels, telemetry links, and high-bandwidth data streams commonly operating in the 4–6GHz spectrum.
The GaN device is mounted on a copper sub-carrier, ensuring efficient heat conduction. Together with proprietary thermal handling technology, the module supports high duty-cycle and continuous jamming missions, maintaining output stability even under sustained high-power operation.
