The 2400-2500MHz 50W GaN Jammer Module is a cutting-edge RF solution designed for the suppression of 2.4GHz ISM band signals, commonly used by commercial and tactical UAVs for control and video transmission. Built on Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN-on-SiC) technology, this module offers superior power density and thermal performance compared to traditional LDMOS or Silicon solutions.
This module features a high-efficiency Class AB design and is mounted on a premium copper base for optimized heat dissipation. With its compact size (18mm thickness) and integrated signal source, it is the perfect core component for handheld or stationary anti-drone systems.
