Our 3400-3600MHz 80W Drone Jammer Module is a fully integrated jamming solution designed specifically for Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). Combining a high-power GaN amplifier with a built-in high-speed sweep generator, this module delivers instant wideband jamming capability in the critical 3.4-3.6 GHz band—commonly used by advanced commercial and tactical drones.

Many advanced commercial, industrial, and tactical drones use the 3.4-3.6 GHz band for high-bandwidth video transmission and robust control links. This includes certain models from leading manufacturers and specialized UAVs used in surveillance and reconnaissance. Jamming this band effectively neutralizes the drone’s ability to transmit video or receive commands.
No. This drone jammer module features a built-in high-speed sweep generator, making it a true “all-in-one” jamming module. Simply provide DC power (24-29V) and a TTL control signal, and it generates and amplifies the jamming signal internally. This simplifies integration and reduces system complexity.
The module is equipped with built-in absorptive VSWR protection. Unlike reflective protection circuits that can cause frequency pulling or stress the amplifier, this absorptive design safely dissipates reflected power. This protects the GaN transistor from damage even under severe antenna mismatch or open/short conditions.
The module utilizes GaN-on-SiC technology mounted on a copper base. Copper provides superior thermal conductivity compared to standard aluminum, efficiently drawing heat away from the amplifier die. This ensures stable long-term operation and high reliability, even during continuous duty cycles, provided adequate heatsinking and airflow are supplied in the final system.
