The 100W 2400-2500MHz GaN Countermeasure Module represents the cutting edge of drone defense technology. Built on GaN-on-SiC (Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide) technology and mounted on a specialized copper carrier, this module delivers an incredible 100W ($50\text{dBm}$) output in a compact form factor.
Engineered with a Class AB design, it offers an instantaneous wide bandwidth and superior linearity. Its patented thermal treatment technology ensures maximum reliability and ruggedness, making it the preferred choice for high-intensity electronic warfare and UAV neutralization.

By utilizing Gallium Nitride on a Silicon Carbide substrate, this module achieves significantly higher power density and thermal conductivity compared to traditional LDMOS.
