The 100W GaN Anti-Drone Jamming Module (1000–1300MHz) is a high-performance UAV countermeasure module designed for professional drone defense and RF shielding applications. Built with Gallium Nitride (GaN) on Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology and mounted on a copper base carrier, this module delivers exceptional power density, thermal efficiency, and long-term reliability.
With instantaneous wideband coverage, Class AB GaN architecture, and an integrated high-speed noise modulation signal source, the module effectively disrupts UAV communication, navigation, and control links within the 1000–1300MHz frequency range.
