The 758-788MHz 100W GaN Module is a complete jamming solution engineered for Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). This all-in-one module integrates a high-power GaN amplifier with a built-in high-speed sweep generator, delivering 100W of instantaneous jamming power across the entire 758-788MHz band.

This frequency range is commonly used for drone command and control uplinks. Yes. The drone jammer module contains both the high-speed sweep generator and the 100W power amplifier in one housing. You only need to provide 24-29V DC power and a TTL control signal. It generates the sweeping jamming signal internally and amplifies it to 100W, ready for connection to an antenna.
The module features absorptive VSWR protection. Unlike reflective designs that bounce excess power back into the amplifier (which can cause damage or frequency instability), this circuit absorbs reflected power from antenna mismatches. This ensures the GaN transistor remains safe even if the antenna is damaged, disconnected, or poorly matched.
