The BNT-GAN-50W (China) is a professional-grade RF jamming amplifier utilizing GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology, supporting interference in the 2400-2700MHz frequency band with an output power of 50W (47±0.5 dBm). This essential UAS jamming module features high efficiency, high-temperature tolerance, and high-voltage resistance, making it suitable for complex electromagnetic environments.
With built-in signal source bandwidth limitation (500-1600MHz bandwidth ≤120MHz, 1600-6200MHz bandwidth ≤200MHz) and support for low-temperature startup (-10°C environment), this OEM drone jammer ensures stable operation through its metal module encapsulation and bottom heat sink design.
