To ensure the operational safety and long-term stability of a photovoltaic power station in Jiangxi Province, our company has successfully implemented an integrated UAV defense strategy featuring UAV detection equipment and an advanced drone spoofing system. This project enhances the site’s real-time situational awareness and provides precise countermeasures against unauthorized drone intrusions.
With the rapid increase in civilian drone usage in recent years, unauthorized flights have become a significant threat to critical infrastructure. Power plants, transmission networks, and photovoltaic facilities are frequently exposed to risks such as operational interference, data theft, and security breaches. To address these challenges, the Xinyu photovoltaic plant adopted a proactive protection approach:
Early-stage drone detection using radio-frequency monitoring
Accurate drone deception and guidance through controlled spoofing technology
Continuous 24/7 autonomous operation, ensuring protection without on-site staff
Non-interference design, preventing harmful effects on nearby electrical or communication systems
This comprehensive solution strengthens the plant’s defense capabilities while maintaining uninterrupted and compliant operations.
UAD-ZDN01 Radio-Frequency UAV Detection Device
UADS-P01 UAV Spoofing System
Both products are designed for professional power-industry applications, offering high stability, low interference, and compliance with national anti-drone standards.
China has placed significant emphasis on the security of power infrastructure. As drone-related incidents increase, national authorities have accelerated the deployment of anti-UAV systems across power-generation sectors— including thermal, hydro, nuclear, wind, and solar facilities.
The implementation follows the industry-standard requirements outlined in:
GA1800.1–2021 / GA1800.6–2021
“Security and Counter-Terrorism Requirements for Power Systems”
Key compliance highlights include:
Transmission power and frequency usage must meet national regulations.
Systems must support automatic 24-hour continuous operation.
Counter-UAV actions must not interfere with surrounding critical equipment.
Measures must ensure that power-system time synchronization is unaffected.
Systems must include certification reports from national radio monitoring authorities.
By adhering to these standards, our deployment ensures robust protection while maintaining full legal and operational compliance.
The successful implementation of the UAV defense system at the photovoltaic power station demonstrates our company’s capability to deliver reliable, compliant, and industry-leading anti-drone solutions for critical infrastructure. We remain committed to supporting energy enterprises with advanced technologies that safeguard facilities and enhance operational security.
